Returning from Canada, Miss Wai want to co-operate with Tung Shing on aninternational project. She is still interested in Sze Man and tries to seduce him but without success. Unable to cope with the pressure, Mei Chi propose to divorce Tung Shing for the second time. Since he couldn't convince Mei Chi, Tung Shing asks her to proceed with the divorce after Shu Kai's wedding.- - Ka Lam gives the evidence against Tung Shing to the ICAC for further investigation. Fearing to lose his position and fame, Tung Shing thinks of murdering Ka Lam.
