When he learns that Kin is to marry Ying, he goes crazy and runs into the woods. Ying’s marriage to Kin is a setup as Ying wants to teach Yee a lesson. In the evening, Yee fails to appear in Ying and Kin’s wedding ceremony. He has hurt his ankle when he runs into the woods. However, Sing has his people waiting for Yee in his house and they kidnap Yee and bring him up the hill. When Yee is struggling free from their capture, he falls down a cliff.
