The curious Ayni investigates and snoops around the place and is confronted by a very stoned Paco, the caretaker. There is immediate animosity between Ayni and Paco especially after she realizes that they now have a direct competitor in the area. Brody returns as promised. But before Brandy can rejoice, Brody reveals that he owns “Burgundy House” across the street. Brady slowly figures out that Brody conned her for information about her business. This means war. The victorious Brody tells the fuming Brandy that all is fair in love and business. Brandy points out that there is nothing fair on what Brody did. She declares war on Brody and tells him that there will be no peace between the two B&B’s.
