HOI and CHO go to find the jade vase wanted by MOR. From TUNG, HAU learns that it is owned by KO. However KO refuses to sell it. TUNG gets the vase for HAU. HAU gives it to HOI. HOI thanks HAU and goes to dine with her. TUNG is jealous and HAU is attracted by HOI. HAU asks CHO to bridge HOI and WA. HOI gives PI two flats as presents. HAU prepares some sweet bird nests for PI. YAU tries to frame HAU but the trick is spoiled by TUNG. PI returns the bungalow to YIU as he wants to support HOI. However he is threatened by KEUNG. Meanwhile SHI is trapped by WA and is unable to attend the meeting. At last YIU wins the voting. HOI is disappointed.
