One of his former clients accuses him of incompetence and callousness and tells that many of his clients were helped to cope with emotional problems by the cleaning lady Klava, who works in their business center. The crisis manager, who is trying to save Kholmogorov's image, convinces him that a spiritual cleaner should be taken to the team. Klava and Kholmogorov conduct their first session of psychotherapy. Kholmogorov is unhappy and wants to fire Klava.
