He suspects Heung Hoi wasting Wai Kit's money and shows bad attitude to Heung Hoi. Heung Hoi gets angry and returns all the money to Kit. Instead, he borrows from Amah Hung and promise to return it by a week. By the time Heung Hoi has to return the money, he thinks of an idea of subletting the flat to other. He meets a man outside the Estate Agent. Unfortunately, the guy is a robber. He ties up Heung Hoi and Ah Man, and takes all the money. Ah Man is mad on Heung Hoi.
