KOK and other sheriffs press charge against FONG for forcing a man into marriage. Only when MR. FONG reveals his official gown and hat that KOK knows that the man is really MINISTER FONG, vice-president of the Eastern Factory. KOK tells WAN and FONG that he can do nothing to stop the minister. The two women storm out……
