They are enjoying each other’s company when SHEUNG suddenly passes away of heart failure. CHING blames TAI and SHUN. TAI is very upset. KIU visits him. By now, TAI sees her as his daughter, and would like to give her all his money. He is found dead the next day. KIU claims that he was killed by CHING, but SHUN can prove that CHING was not around yesterday. CHING retorts by pointing the accusing finger at KIU.
