After Minister YUEN is found dead and dumped outside of the Phecda Bureau, CHEUNG-SING goes to investigate it and learns that the late Minister YUEN often hung out at night. All of them then go to Yee Heung Lau, where a prostitute named SIU-TSUI reveals that she was abused by Minister YUEN, and luckily, HUNG SAP-KAU helped her out of trouble.… ...
