CHONG ZHEN tries to please ZHI in any way, hoping to gain his assistance but ZHI just ignores that. JIU knows she is not going to see ZHI any longer. Before they part, JIU reminds ZHI to cherish QING. People all over the country feel totally disappointed in the government led by CHONG ZHEN, many of whom even come by to welcome CHUANG. CHONG ZHEN knows he will lose anyway and is going to kill himself. He also needs the Queen and all his concubines to commit suicide……
