Jimmy and Pauline Spencer want to swap their traditional cottage in Shipley, West Yorkshire for a house nearer the east coast from which to enjoy their retirement. Mike and Sue Housley have nearly finished building their Spanish-style villa on Yorkshire's east coast in Skipsea and want to swap it for a house near the inland waterways so that Mike can have a canal boat. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will they decide to swap homes for good?
