BEN goes to meet LING, where he sees VINCENT sitting in an ice-cream van going all the way to pick LING up. BEN is left with a feeling of disappointment when he sees the scene. BEN meets JESSICA, who is waiting alone for VINCENT at the restaurant. He cannot bear to tell her the truth and the two lonely souls end up spending the night drinking themselves into oblivion.
