Coincidentally, LING and KWAN check into the same hotel and they believe fate has brought them together. WESLEY is a bit worried when he knows that LING is still in Shanghai. LING gives a performance in a nightclub and KWAN goes to enjoy the show. He is absolutely mesmerized by her charm and beauty. KWAN goes on a date with LING. Suddenly HIP turns up and insults LING. KWAN tries to go to her rescue and the journalists who have spotted them report on the incident. CHAN has long admired LING and WESLEY encourages him to declare his love for her. As CHAN is about to express his affection for LING, KWAN appears. CHAN immediately realizes KWAN and LING have been in love. CHAN knows that KWAN is married. He fears that KWAN has been cheating on LING and thus decides to have a talk with KWAN……
